We spent two years developing our B58 kit, and it shows. Released in 2023, the result is a kit that is not only engineered to perform, but keep OEM-like reliability.
Turbo position, Wastegate position, Oil Drain and Oil Feed have all been analyzed for ideal placement in regards to performance, reliability, service/tool access, and more.
Building off our experience from our other BMW kits, this B58 manifold hits all the marks. Twin-scroll, CFD flow analyzed, cast manifold to ensure the best balance of quick spooling and high HP capability, along with durability. All interfacing features are machined, creating perfectly flat mounting flanges, with very tight tolerances for a perfect fit on every kit. No other competitors have the engineering skillsets to compete with us here.

Where other B58 kits use 3", we were able to go bigger.
3.5" stainless steel 2-piece tubing and wastegate dump pipe (recirculating or open dump), crafted with mandrel bends, tig welds, and cnc flanges.
Another feature you won't find on other kits - we use billet stainless material at the slip-fit to the factory exhaust connection, for a perfect fit.
Stainless braided oil feed hose, stainless engine fitting with o-ring and bolt, and required fitting to the turbo oil feed
Just like our other BMW kits, we made a point to put upfront work into an engineered oil drain system.
Hot-side parts positioned to allow a smooth oil drain path with ample clearance to hot parts.
Stainless braided -10AN line, and stainless AN tig welded fittings at the turbo and engine, ensure a leak-free and durable oil drain system. Also improves serviceability of the turbo for those of us that like to swap turbos.
Kit designed with ease of installation, commonized components and integration to cold-side in mind.
Manifold design allows for easy access to hardware and kit configuration allows for easy installation and service of all components.
All oil and coolant connections at the turbo are AN fittings, making a turbo swap quick and easy. Don't fall for the cheap kits with rubber hose and clamps that can fail over time.
Our unique tubing/wastegate pipe configuration allows the customer to change from recirculating to open dump, and vice versa, with just the swap of the wastegate pipe. Cheap and easy upgrades.
Mandrel formed 2.5 to 3" aluminum 3-piece tubing and custom silicone couplers. Multiple 1/8npt bungs for boost signal and meth injection options.
Integrated billet MAF sensor flange, creating a blow-through configuration. We've done tests both with and without the MAF, and our system provides the best tuning configuration. Other top-mount kits will force you to delete your MAF sensor, which will cause tuning and drivability issues.
Our 3-piece charge pipe system allows for infinite adjustability and
turbo options, as we know many times the HP bug will bite, and users want to swap to a larger turbo - our system can accommodate 500-1500hp turbos.
Also available with a B58 kit purchase, is a charge pipe with a 50mm BOV flange (shown below), for those that are looking for all of the good turbo noises.
For an additional charge, upgrade your B58 kit purchase to include the B58 chargepipe with the 50mm BOV flange.
As it's crucial to use new hardware during a kit install, we include manifold to turbo studs, and copper nuts with each kit for ease of installation.
